EVENT OFFICE address will be posted on June 1, 2025.

Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show EVENT OFFICE between Wednesday, June 25 through Wednesday, July 2, 2025

Office will be closed Sunday, June 29, 2025.

Office hours are 10 am to 2 pm every day.

Quilts can be picked up from the EVENT OFFICE beginning Sunday, July 13th through Tuesday, July 15th, 2025.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday, Quilt Show Day.

Sunday, July 13 hours are 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Monday, July 14 – Tuesday, July 15 hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping (see Return Shipping Info here for details).

General:

June 25-July 2: Quilt drop off or shipped quilt delivery.

July 3-11: Event Office closed: Quilt Delivery completed.

Quilt Show Day: Saturday, July 12, 2025

July 13: 8:30am – 1pm

July 14 – 15: 10am - 2pm
