Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show EVENT OFFICE between Wednesday, June 25 & Wednesday, July 2, 2025

Office hours are 10 am to 2 pm every day.

Quilts can be picked up from the EVENT OFFICE beginning Sunday, July 13th through Tuesday, July 15th, 2025.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday, Quilt Show Day.

Sunday July 13 hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Monday July 14 – Tuesday, July 15 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping (see Quilt Entry Info for details).

General:

June 25-July 2: Quilt drop off or shipped quilt delivery.

July 3-11 - Event Office closed: Quilt Delivery completed
