Sisters Scape Reimagined
2025: Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show.
48” x 98”
Valori Wells originally designed the “Sisters Scape” pattern several years ago. To celebrate the 50th Anniversary, Donna Rice and Jean Wells reimagined the design, incorporating our iconic elements of the Three Sisters mountains, a vibrant field of wildflowers, majestic Ponderosa Pine trees, and Whychus Creek teeming with spawning fish.
June Jaeger recreated the detailed design of the creek and its fish, while Donna, Jean, Jan Tetzlaff, Janet Roshak, and Diane Jaquith pieced the remaining blocks and assembled the quilt with care and creativity.
Finally, Annette Caldwell brought the quilt to life with her extraordinary machine quilting, adding a magical finishing touch to this collaborative masterpiece.
