Please read all of the registration guidelines below to prepare to register your quilts with our Show

Step 1: Read the Entry Guidelines to Ensure Your Quilt Meets the Requirements:

Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee and any Shipping

(Please note: due to volume, registration approval may take up to 2 weeks)

Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show EVENT OFFICE between Wednesday, June 26 & Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

Office hours are 10 am to 2 pm every day.

(closed June 30, July 4 - 13).

EVENT OFFICE address will be posted on June 1, 2024.

Quilts can be picked up from the EVENT OFFICE beginning Sunday, July 14th through Wednesday, July 17th, 2024.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday, July 13 following the Quilt Show.

Sunday, July 14 hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Monday, July 15 – Tuesday, July 16 hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Wednesday, July 17 hours are 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Noon.

We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping of $22 per quilt (see Quilt Entry Info for details).

General:

May 15: Last Day to Register in the General Show (unless maximum entries reached prior to this date)

June 25 -July 3: Quilt drop off or shipped quilt delivery.

June 30 - Event Office closed

Quilt Pickup / Return Shipping:

July 14: 8:30am – 2pm

July 15 – 16: 10am - 2pm

July 17: 10am - 12pm noon
